The title’s suppose to be in a french guy’s voice, more specifically this guy’s voice:
Apparently I should be able to debone a chicken in about a minute, according to Jacques Pépin. Well last night, with the help of a friend scrolling the youtube video, I took that challenge and finish in just under 30 minutes. Here’s the chicken completely deboned:
We stuffed it with the spinach and mushrooms he used in the video and wrapped it up with butcher’s twine:
After cooking to 155F and resting here is the golden chicken (took about an hour):
Next time…BACON, seriously I don’t know what we were thinking…
